Welcome to RawLuwak.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of wholesale green beans and related products from CV NUL FOOD AND CRAFT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website or placing a B2B order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. B2B COMMERCIAL TRANSACTIONS
RawLuwak.com operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier catering to specialty roasters, luxury cafes, distributors, and private label brands. By placing an order for our 50 KG, 100+ KG, or custom allocations, you represent that you are purchasing goods for commercial, wholesale, or professional roasting purposes.
2. PRODUCT NATURE & AVAILABILITY
Our products are 100% wild-foraged and cage-free. Because we rely on natural forest ecosystems and seasonal harvest cycles, our inventory is inherently limited and cannot be industrially scaled.
- All allocations are subject to seasonal availability.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product or allocation tier at any time without notice.
3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS
- Pricing: All prices for our export allocations are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Quotes: Bulk orders (100+ KG) and custom roasting services require a direct consultation. Quotes provided via email are valid for the period specified in the correspondence (typically 14 days).
- Payment Terms: Full payment or a mutually agreed-upon deposit is required before export processing and shipping commence. We accept international wire transfers and approved commercial payment gateways.
4. SHIPPING, EXPORT, AND CUSTOMS
As an international exporter based in West Java, Indonesia, we adhere to global direct-trade standards.
- Export Documentation: We are responsible for providing all necessary documentation for the legal export of green coffee beans from Indonesia, including the Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and Phytosanitary Certificate.
- Import Duties & Taxes: The buyer is solely responsible for navigating their country’s import regulations and paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees. We are not liable for shipments delayed, held, or confiscated by the destination country’s customs authorities.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the international carrier, unless specific Incoterms (e.g., CIF, FOB) are otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. QUALITY ASSURANCE & RETURN POLICY
We uphold strict specialty-grade quality control and cupping protocols prior to export. Because green coffee beans are an agricultural food product, all wholesale and international purchases are final.
- We strongly encourage all new B2B partners to order our 1 KG Sample to validate the roast profile, cupping score, and extraction parameters before committing to a larger allocation.
- In the unlikely event that a shipment arrives severely damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence so we may assist in filing a claim with the freight forwarder.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and its original content, features, photography, copy, and functionality (including the “No Cages, No Compromise” positioning and Kickstarter campaign materials) are owned by CV NUL FOOD AND CRAFT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall CV NUL FOOD AND CRAFT, nor its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the website or the purchase of our products.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Java, Indonesia.
