1. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
- Payment Clearance: All orders—whether for a 1 KG sample or a bulk allocation—are strictly processed and shipped only after full and clear payment has been received and verified by our finance team.
- Processing Time: Once your payment clears, please allow 7 to 10 business days for our team to process your order, conduct final quality control, prepare the required export documentation (such as Phytosanitary Certificates and Certificates of Origin), and dispatch your shipment.
2. SHIPPING METHODS BY VOLUME TIER
We tailor our shipping methods to ensure the most secure and efficient transit for your specific order volume:
Tier 1: Samples & Core Allocations (1 KG up to 50 KG) For pilot samples, Q-grader evaluations, and limited allocations, we utilize Pos Export (forwarded via DHL). This premium air freight partnership ensures expedited, reliable, and fully trackable delivery directly to your door.
Tier 2: Bulk Allocations (100+ KG) For serious partners requiring bulk green beans or custom roasted volume, logistics are managed on a consultative basis. Please contact our Operations Team directly. We can arrange specialized Sea Freight or Air Freight tailored to your timeline, budget, and receiving capabilities.
3. TRACKING & TRANSIT TIMES
- Tracking Updates: We believe in complete transparency. You will receive an email containing your official tracking number and shipping manifest immediately after your cargo has been handed over to the carrier (usually it takes 2-4 business days).
- Delivery Timeframes: Because we export globally, actual transit times depend entirely on the consignee’s (buyer’s) specific location, distance from major logistics hubs, and the efficiency of the destination country’s customs department.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT REGULATIONS
As an international B2B buyer, you are considered the Importer of Record for your destination country.
- We provide all the necessary, legally compliant Indonesian export documents to facilitate smooth transit.
- The consignee (buyer) is solely responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees required by their local government.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by destination customs holds or inspections.
