1. DEFAULT PAYMENT GATEWAY: STRIPE
By default, all standard orders and sample requests processed directly through our website utilize Stripe as our primary payment gateway.
- Stripe is a globally recognized, PCI-compliant payment processor.
- We accept all major international credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc.).
- Your sensitive financial data is encrypted and processed directly by Stripe; RawLuwak.com does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
2. ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS
We understand that international B2B wholesale transactions, especially for 50 KG allocations and 100+ KG bulk orders, often require tailored financial arrangements.
If you prefer not to use a credit card via Stripe, please contact our Operations Team to request an invoice. We gladly accommodate the following alternative payment methods:
- PayPal: For secure, buyer-protected transfers.
- International Wire / Bank Transfer (T/T): The standard for high-volume wholesale contracts. We will provide our official corporate bank details (CV NUL FOOD AND CRAFT) upon invoice generation.
- Cryptocurrency: We embrace modern financial technologies and can accept select major cryptocurrencies for B2B settlements upon prior agreement.

3. PAYMENT CLEARANCE & ORDER DISPATCH
To protect our supply chain and our village cooperative partners, we operate on strict pre-shipment payment terms.
- Clearance Requirement: The processing of export documentation, final cupping, and order dispatch will only commence after your payment has fully cleared and has been verified by our finance department.
- Wire Transfers: Please note that international bank transfers may take 2–5 business days to clear. We recommend sending a copy of the transfer receipt (MT103) to expedite the initial preparation of your order.
4. CURRENCY & TRANSACTION FEES
- Currency: All prices listed on our website and official quotes are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified in your B2B contract.
- Bank Fees: For international wire transfers, the buyer is responsible for bearing any intermediary or sending bank fees (often selected as “OUR” on transfer forms) to ensure the full invoice amount arrives in our corporate account.
